Today, I received the pictures from the arrival of the computer school books we bought for the Himalaya school in India. Without doubt, computer science is major – regardless where you are, here in Munich and there in the far away Indian mountains. Therefore, I am very proud that we could provide our students of the 9th and 10th grade with the desired books. Thanks, dear Stella supporters, to make this come real. I feel so happy to see the development of the mountain school. When I was first on site in 2008, the mountain school literally consisted of not more than some bricks, one build on the other. No school chairs, no books, no heaters, no kitchen. Today, in 2016, more than 250 pupils are attending school with computer classes to offer. And all this in one of the remotest regions of the word: the cold and high Himalaya mountains.
